- Lead the development and execution of MeisterMatch’s product strategy, focusing on conversational AI agents for both candidates and employers.
- Secure venture funding and build a world-class team to scale operations across the German “Mittelstand” and skilled trade sectors.
- Manage the strategic partnership with Vonovia, utilizing their massive technical services division as a primary design partner and first customer.
