Head of Talent at BlueDot Impact

Role overview

You will lead the ambitious effort to triple a high-impact team, hiring 20 exceptional people over the next year. As a strategic partner to the CEO, you’ll build the recruiting infrastructure from scratch, map the AI safety landscape, and personally close top-tier talent from major AI labs and startups.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Source relentlessly through cold outreach, events, and deep networks to build a pipeline of 50+ qualified candidates in Ashby.
  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience, maintaining a first-choice offer acceptance rate of ≥80% through persuasive, mission-driven closing.
  • Dramatically accelerate hiring speed, reducing the median time from first contact to accepted offer to four weeks or less.
