- Source relentlessly through cold outreach, events, and deep networks to build a pipeline of 50+ qualified candidates in Ashby.
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience, maintaining a first-choice offer acceptance rate of ≥80% through persuasive, mission-driven closing.
- Dramatically accelerate hiring speed, reducing the median time from first contact to accepted offer to four weeks or less.
