- Reduce the median time from first contact to accepted offer from 12 weeks to 4 weeks by implementing efficient, candidate-centric workflows and evaluation frameworks.
- Scale the organizational culture by overseeing all people operations, including compensation strategies, performance management, and the administrative infrastructure necessary for a rapid US expansion.
