What you'll do
What you will do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, from initial mapping and high-touch sourcing to final offer closing.
- Partner directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and senior leaders to define success profiles and build a world-class hiring playbook.
- Elevate the recruitment bar by coaching interviewers, refining scorecards, and driving employer branding initiatives to attract elite talent.
Who you are

- 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups or elite agencies, with a proven track record of placing high-bar commercial roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, capable of navigating ambiguity and leveraging AI to optimize recruitment processes.
