Role overview

As the first Talent Acquisition Lead at Goodfit.io, you will own the commercial hiring function end-to-end while overseeing Product & Engineering recruiting through external partners. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will design scalable hiring processes, build the employer brand, and personally source high-quality GTM talent to fuel global expansion.

Its platform powers both human-led and programmatic GTM strategies, and is already trusted by some of the fastest-growing companies in the world, including Personio, Paddle, Clari, and Chili Piper.

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for all commercial roles (AEs, SDRs, CSMs), focusing 75%+ on proactive outbound sourcing in the early stages.
  • Oversee Product & Engineering hiring by managing external agency partners, optimizing interview loops, and ensuring consistent candidate experience across all departments.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to build a compelling employer brand, including LinkedIn presence, candidate narratives, and recruitment events.

Who this is a fit for

  • 3.5 to 6 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house at a fast-paced SaaS startup or scale-up environment.
  • Proven track record of high-volume outbound sourcing and closing mid-to-senior GTM roles like Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
  • Autonomous builder mentality with the ability to set up hiring processes, scorecards, and metrics without existing infrastructure in place.
