As a Talent Partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for elite engineering talent. You'll partner with leadership to scale a world-class team, designing strategies to attract specialists in Python, Go, Rust, and AI.

We're building a platform to enable non-technical users to define custom software in natural language, after which our platform then automatically builds it for them; i.e. we're building the software factory by building an LLM-first compiler, all backed by combinations of LLMs, advanced code analysis / compiler techniques, and great UX. This enables our customers to build custom software across their business quickly and cheaply.

What you will do

  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche technical roles across Python, Go, Rust, and TypeScript to stay ahead of hiring demand.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach to offer, acting as the face of Cogna.co's employer brand.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to engineering leadership, providing data-driven market insights and defining technical role profiles for AI and platform specialists.

Who this is a fit for

  • Has 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 4 years focused specifically on technical or engineering hiring.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of scaling venture-backed startups from Seed to Series B, taking full ownership of technical growth.
  • Possesses deep technical sourcing expertise, including Boolean fluency and the ability to engage high-signal talent through creative storytelling and outreach.
