What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment for Operations, Finance, Legal, and Sales teams using advanced sourcing techniques and Ashby ATS.
- Coach hiring managers on interview design, job description crafting, and team structure to ensure consistent quality and objectivity.
- Drive the candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding, acting as the primary point of contact for all potential hires.

- Proven in-house recruitment experience within a startup or scaleup environment of 50 to 500 people.
- Expert-level sourcing skills across LinkedIn and X-ray search with a deep interest in data, reporting, and recruitment analytics.
