The food industry has run on spreadsheets and disconnected data for decades. We’re changing that, starting with a verified corpus of ingredients signed off by food scientists and nutritionists, and a workspace where food teams can build, model, and reformulate with confidence. We’re early, backed by Nesta Mission Studio, and building our first commercial team in 2026.
