With $2M ARR and a client base managing $40 billion in construction projects, Sektor is building the world's first platform for autonomous agentic deployments. As a Founding AI Engineer, you won't just build agents; you'll build the engine that automates their deployment and adoption. Large, heavy industries like Construction spend billions every year on software that never gets properly adopted, because the last mile of implementation is still manual, consultant-driven, and broken. We are changing that by building the orchestration layer that automates these enterprise software roll-outs: AI-generated deployment workflows, automated configuration agents, and real integrations with the tools that run the world's largest infrastructure projects. It is a genuinely hard problem, in a market that has never seen a real technical solution, at a company early enough to shape the architecture from the ground up.

- Develop an autonomous engine that transforms mapped workflows into production-ready agents, shifting the platform from human configuration toward self-configuring systems.
- Build robust data pipelines and MCP integrations to bridge critical gaps in enterprise data, ensuring agents have access to the systems that run large-scale projects.
- Implement essential production reliability features including retries, rollbacks, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints to ensure agent stability in complex, real-world environments.
