What you will do
- Architect and maintain signal-based outbound systems in Clay and Instantly, designing enrichment pipelines and enrollment triggers that run autonomously.
- Act as the primary HubSpot administrator and data architect, owning custom objects, lifecycle stages, and the full API integration layer.
- Build a real-time analytics layer using SQL to interrogate pipeline data and surface critical deal velocity and conversion insights to leadership.

- 4 to 7+ years of experience in RevOps or GTM Engineering within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of owning HubSpot architecture.
