What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services that power the mobile and web casino gaming experience.
- Integrate complex third-party vendor products and manage real-time event processing for high-concurrency workloads during peak traffic.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers while contributing to high-level architecture and infrastructure decisions using AWS and Terraform.
Who this is a fit for
- 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience with a strong proficiency in Python or another major backend language.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining consumer-facing products and scalable RESTful APIs within cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Solid computer science fundamentals with the ability to own systems end-to-end, from architectural design to deployment and monitoring.
