What you'll do
What you will do
- Deliver high-quality group and individualized coaching sessions to help apprentices achieve successful, timely completion of their data programs.
- Facilitate synchronous progress reviews with apprentice managers to ensure technical skills are being effectively applied to real-world business challenges.
- Partner with internal operations teams to analyze learner data and implement proactive interventions that ensure every apprentice stays on track for success.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 3+ years of professional experience using data daily to drive business decisions, with mastery of Excel and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching professionals within a corporate, academic, or structured commercial environment.
- Exceptional communicator who thrives on camera and can translate complex technical data concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
