Product Engineer at Sektor

Enterprises spend billions on software they can't deploy because the last mile of rollout is broken. This stealth-stage startup has already crossed $2M ARR by building the world's first autonomous orchestration layer for software deployment. They are looking for a product-minded full-stack engineer to join a tiny team of experts in London. You'll move fluidly across React and Python to turn complex enterprise workflows into seamless user experiences. With a salary up to £170K plus equity and direct access to Tier-1 global customers, this is a rare chance to shape a category-defining product from the ground up before it leaves stealth.

About this role

Role overview

You will build the orchestration layer that automates enterprise software roll-outs for a $13 trillion industry. Moving fluidly across React and Python/FastAPI, you will transform complex configuration workflows into simple, intuitive experiences for non-technical users. This is a high-agency role where your success is measured by customer deployment outcomes, not just code.

About the company

Digital Transformation20 employees

Sektor is the world's first platform for autonomous technology deployment. Large, heavy industries like Construction spend billions every year on software that never gets properly adopted, because the last mile of implementation is still manual, consultant-driven, and broken. We are changing that by building the orchestration layer that automates these enterprise software roll-outs: AI-generated deployment workflows, automated configuration agents, and real integrations with the tools that run the world's largest infrastructure projects. It is a genuinely hard problem, in a market that has never seen a real technical solution, at a company early enough to shape the architecture from the ground up.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Design and build user-centric features across the full stack using React and Python/FastAPI to make complex orchestration feel effortless.
  • Engage directly with customers through calls and session recordings to develop deep intuition for enterprise deployment bottlenecks.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle from problem discovery and API design to shipping and iterating based on real-world usage data.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • Proven track record as a full-stack builder with deep production experience in Python backend systems and modern frontend frameworks like React.
  • Strong product instincts with the ability to ruthlessly cut scope, question requirements, and prioritize user experience over technical elegance.
  • Thrives in high-urgency, ambiguous environments and has a history of shipping user-facing products where high-quality interaction design was a priority.

Why this role

Why this role is remarkable

  • Exceptional traction with over $2M ARR already secured in stealth from global enterprises like Parsons and Ferrovial.
  • Unique opportunity to be one of the first five engineers in a deliberately small, high-talent team shaping a genuinely new product category.
  • High-autonomy environment where you move from customer struggle to shipped solution in days, with direct access to users and no middle-management layers.
