Who is Jill?

Jill is an AI recruitment agent, designed to help talent teams, hiring managers and founders find exceptional candidates, fast. She finds candidates, evaluates them against your hiring brief, and introduces you to the ones worth meeting.

You describe the role. Jill builds a brief, searches for candidates, and surfaces a shortlist. When you see someone you like, she handles the introduction. You only pay when you hire someone you love.

How Jack & Jill work together

Jack & Jill is a two-sided recruiting platform built on AI agents:

  • Jack works with candidates. He helps people with career coaching, job search strategy, and understanding what they want from their next role. Through those conversations, he builds a detailed profile of each person: their skills, experience, goals, and preferences.
  • Jill works with you, the hiring team. She learns what you're looking for, searches Jack's network for people who match, and manages the introduction process when there's mutual interest.

Every candidate gets their own Jack. Every hiring team gets their own Jill (one Jill per role posted). Each Jack is wholly focused on the person they work with, each Jill is wholly focussed on the role she's helping you hire for.

The key difference from traditional recruiting is that Jill doesn't start from scratch. She recruits from a 6-figure network of people Jack already knows deeply. She understands their motivations, their strengths and what kind of work they're looking for. That, and some clever engineering, is what makes the matching fast and accurate.

What does Jill replace?

Jill replaces the endless LinkedIn sourcing sessions, cold outbounding, and the weeks of waiting. She gives you better engaged, top candidates, in a fraction of the time and cost.

Specifically:

  • The LinkedIn sourcing sessions where you or your team send dozens of InMails with single-digit response rates. Jill reaches candidates through a warm, mutual consent-driven process with real context on both sides.
  • Job boards that only attract active seekers, which excludes most of the talent market. Jill has relationships with both active and passive candidates — people who'd never browse a listing but are open to the right role.

Where do Jill's candidates come from?

Every candidate in Jill's network is already a Jack user. Jack (an AI jobseeking agent) has conversations with thousands of people every day, and through those conversations, Jack builds a rich, evolving profile of each person. When Jill searches for your role, she draws on all of that context, matching people to roles based on deep understanding of both sides.

You can also search Public Profiles, a vast pool of publicly available profiles from LinkedIn and other platforms, who may or may not already be working with Jack. Jill scores these candidates against your brief and explains her reasoning, just like she does with Jack's network. The difference is that there's no warm introduction. You reach out directly through LinkedIn or your preferred channel. We take no credit or fee from Public Profile hires — they're purely there to support hiring teams in areas where our network is sparser today.

The candidates are better-matched because they come from a network of professionals who've already shared their preferences and goals, not a boolean LinkedIn search.

Do candidates pay anything?

No. Jack is completely free for candidates, whether they're actively looking or just thinking about future moves. Companies pay 10% of the candidate's base salary when they hire someone they love. Candidates never pay.
